Accounts Clerk (AP)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform payments on bulk purchases and non trade payments to vendors
  • Issue credit notes to customers and suppliers
  • Perform intercompany reconciliation
  • Participate in system implementation
  • Perform ad hoc analysis

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, LCC higher certificate holder.
  • 1- 3 years accounting experience in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Good knowledge on application of internet banking such as HSBC.net
  • High proficient in MS office – word, excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
