Project Manager(QA)

  

Work directly with executives and senior leaders to execute both short and long-term business projects. Assist leaders on strategic planning, business management and process improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Global QA Sr. Director to build, update, drive and align strategic plans.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement in quality assurance programs
  • Communicate closely with Sourcing and Home Office QA team to ensure new initiatives can be implemented.
  • Assist in driving key QA initiatives to global QA offices and follow up with QA Manages on the execution.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, lead and implement all QA projects to drive operational excellence in the QA organization.
  • Set up, maintain and update the protocol of all QA programs and ensure process consistency across the global QA offices.
  • Assist the QA Director in prep and plan for conference calls, meetings
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence, documents, newsletters, briefing papers, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Liaison with 3rd party QA service provider to ensure program execution.
  • Work with IT team to build dashboard reporting tools for QA department.
  • Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising or quality assurance with 3+ years of prior experience in strategy, management consulting.
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change and navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Share point.
  • Excellent Command of English, both Oral and Written and good interpersonal skills.
