Assist Senior Regional Operations Manager in providing business operations support to the International Buying Offices in the region.


  • Provide administrative support on all aspects of business operations and training needs
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation; including reference/training documents, requirement specifications, test plans, user guides, deployment plans, etc
  • Maintain and design existing tailor-made tools & media for data capturing, monthly reporting and analysis
  • Provide full operational support to various business initiatives as driven by the Local and Home Office
  • Liaise with local Operation Support teams on change management & facilitate technical needs with IT support teams
  • Work closely with other business areas to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and coordinate small scale efforts between different business functional areas
  • Assist in existing core process review for continuous improvement in daily operations


  • High Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Business Administration, Merchandising or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in work coordination with project implementation and merchandising field experience are preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in using MS Access, MS Excel (VLOOK up & Pivot Table) and SharePoint preferred
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow up thoroughly on multiple tasks
  • Customer-oriented with a team focus
  • Dynamic, proactive and result-oriented individual with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
  • Strong problem solving, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient command of spoken Chinese and English


Monthly salary: HKD25K – 30K
